Questions about paying
Do I pay every month?
No. Every plan is one payment. There is nothing to renew, and the signatures you copied keep working.
What counts toward my team size?
Each signature saved in your account and each person who joins your team link. If one person signs as two roles, that is two. Editing a signature never counts again.
Does everyone on the team need an account?
No. You make the design once and send one team link. Each person adds their own details and copies their own signature, with no account.
Can we move up a size later?
Yes. Pick the bigger size and what you already paid comes off, so going from 50 to 100 people costs $50.

Write to support@esigna.app with your headcount and we’ll send a price. It stays under $1 a person.
What does the Brand Kit add for a team?
One Kit for your brand: a business card, social covers and posts, a letterhead and the rest, in your logo, colors and fonts. At 50 people or more it is $30 more than the Signature plan.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of buying, if the plan doesn’t work as described or you bought it by mistake. The refund policy has the details.
Can I get an invoice for my company?
Dodo Payments, who run checkout, email a receipt. To have your company’s name on it, tick Purchasing as a business at checkout and add your tax ID.
