Privacy Policy

esigna (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is an email signature product that lets you design signatures and generate AI bobblehead avatars. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Depending on how you use esigna, we may process:

• Account information — name, email address, and authentication details provided through our sign-in provider (Clerk), including when you use Google or email-based sign-in.
• Signature content — the details you enter in the editor (such as name, title, company, contact links, and layout preferences) and signatures you choose to save.
• Photos you upload — images you submit to generate AI bobblehead avatars. These are used to create your avatar and related product features.
• Generated avatars and shares — bobblehead images we generate for you, and share assets/links if you publish a signature share page.
• Billing and credits — credit balances, purchase history metadata, and payment-related identifiers needed to fulfill one-time credit packs. Card payments are processed by our payment provider (Dodo Payments); we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Usage and technical data — approximate logs such as IP address, device/browser information, and product events needed to operate, secure, and improve the service (for example avatar generation attempts and rate limiting).

We use the information above to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the signature editor and avatar features
• Authenticate you and keep your account secure
• Save signatures and show your credit balance
• Process purchases, grant credits, and handle refunds or disputes
• Detect abuse, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms
• Respond to support requests and communicate service-related notices
• Comply with law and protect our legal rights

When you generate a bobblehead, we send the photo (and related generation parameters) to AI image providers through our infrastructure so we can create your avatar. Do not upload photos you are not allowed to use. Generated images may be stored so you can reuse them in signatures.

We share information with service providers who help us run esigna, including:

• Authentication (Clerk)
• Database and backend storage (Supabase)
• Payments and tax handling as Merchant of Record (Dodo Payments)
• Hosting and platform services (Vercel)
• AI image generation providers used for bobbleheads
• File/object storage used for share links and assets

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell your personal information.

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for authentication, security, and basic product function (for example keeping you signed in and remembering theme preferences). We also use Vercel Analytics to understand aggregated traffic and page views; that tooling is designed to be privacy-friendly and does not use cross-site advertising cookies.

We keep account, signature, avatar, and billing records for as long as your account is active and as needed to operate the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You can request deletion of your account data by contacting us.

• Update profile details through your account / sign-in provider
• Edit or delete saved signatures in the product
• Stop uploading photos or generating avatars at any time
• Contact support@esigna.app to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable

We use industry-standard safeguards appropriate to a hosted web app, including encrypted transport (HTTPS) and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

esigna is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may process information in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate. If you use esigna from another region, you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in those locations.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of esigna after changes means you accept the updated policy.
