Copy the signature from any email you’ve sent and paste it in. Every detail lands in its place, exactly as you wrote it, and every template redraws with your name on it. Your first paste is free with an account.
A demonstration. A plain signature at the end of a sent email, with a name, job title, company, phone number, email address, website, booking link and a LinkedIn icon, is copied and pasted into esigna. Each detail moves into its own field, and the Agenda, Correspondent, Signal, Northline templates redraw with those details. One made for people who take bookings is marked Suits you.

Templates
29 original templates, all free to use.
Essential, professional, editorial and creative designs, each built for email. You can switch templates any time without losing your details or images.
Three designs your email app can’t make on its own
Gmail and Outlook only show a few safe fonts. They can’t curve letters around a seal or cut you out of a photo, which is why most signatures look alike. For these three, esigna draws that part for you, as a picture made from your own name and photo. Everything else stays text people can click and copy.
MastheadPro
Set for you by esignaEditorial
Your name, set like a magazine masthead
Choose a typeface and esigna sets your name large across the top, under a thin rule, the way a magazine sets its title. Good for consultants, writers and founders whose name is the business.
What makes it Pro
Typefaces
Four to choose from, including Instrument Serif and a pen signature, which Gmail and Outlook can’t show on their own
Dark mode
The colour is chosen to stay readable on white and on dark backgrounds
Images off
Your name still shows, large, in Georgia and your colour
For freelancers, makers and small practices without a logo. Your initials sit in the middle and your own words run around the ring: your studio, your city, the year you started. It does the job of a logo without paying a designer for one.
What makes it Pro
Styles
A ring, a double ring or a plain disc, in your colour
Lettering
Short words repeat to go all the way round and long ones are set smaller, so the ring closes neatly
In the email
Sent as one picture, so it looks the same in Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail, with your details beside it as text
Upload any headshot, even one taken at your kitchen table. esigna cuts you out of the background and stands you on an arch in your colour, with your head rising over the top. It suits sales, recruiting and coaching, where people like to see who they’re writing to.
What makes it Pro
Cutout
Done for you in a few seconds, with no photo editor
Outlook
Arch and cutout are one picture, so Outlook can’t square it off the way it does round photos
Dark mode
A faint light edge keeps dark hair visible on a dark screen
Try all three free in the editor with your own name and photo. To use one in your email, get the Signature plan, $9 once (launch price until October 31, then $19), with no subscription. It also saves up to 25 signatures.
Turn on a Season and the signature you already have dresses for Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Year, your photo included. Every email you send this season carries it.
Thanksgiving
Nine Seasons for every template
Pick any template, then a Season. esigna draws the art for your signature and dresses your photo for it. Turn it off in January and your signature is back as it was.
Art that moves
Lights that twinkle, leaves in the wind, snow over a village, fireworks at midnight, drawn to your signature’s width
Your own photo
A Santa hat, a party hat or a roast turkey set on your head, wherever you stand in your photo
Colours
The accent and dividers turn to the holiday’s. Turn the Season off and yours come back
Every template
Your design, details and links stay as they are, at any size
Falling leaves. A garland of leaves in the wind and a copper greeting.
Try every Season free in the editor. To copy one into your email, get the Signature plan, $9 once (launch price until October 31, then $19), which copies the Pro Templates too.
Make your team’s signature once and send everyone one link.
Each person opens the link, types or pastes their own name, title and photo, and copies a signature that matches everyone else’s. Nobody needs an account, and you see who has copied theirs.
A demonstration. Alex Morgan copies a team link for the North & Co. signature. 3 people open it in turn: Sofia Reyes, Ravi Mehta, Emma Larsen. Each adds their own name, job title, email, phone and photo to the same design, by typing them or by pasting the signature they used before, and copies their signature. Each one then appears in Alex Morgan’s list of the team.

FAQ
Common questions
If your question isn’t here, write to support@esigna.app and a person will reply.
Is it really free?
Yes. Every free template, your photo or logo, and a signature made from one as HTML, PNG or plain text are free, with no trial that runs out. A free account saves 2 signatures and lets you paste your current signature once to fill a template. If you need more, say signatures for your whole team, the Signature plan saves up to 25 in one account, gives you a team link where each person adds their own details, lets you paste as often as you like and copies the three Pro Templates and the holiday Seasons, which you can try for free first. It costs $9 once (launch price until October 31, then $19), with no subscription.
Do I need an account?
No. You can make your signature and copy it into your email without signing up, and your work is kept in your browser. A free account saves up to 2 so you can edit them from any device.
Can I start from the signature I already have?
Yes. Your first paste is free with an account, and the Signature plan pastes as many as you need for $9 once (launch price until October 31, then $19). Copy it from any email you’ve sent and paste it on the template page or into the editor. Your name, title, phone numbers, links and social profiles fill in exactly as written, and anything worth a second look is marked Check. Photos and logos aren’t copied, so add yours in the editor. We don’t store what you paste.
Will it work in Outlook?
Yes. Copy your signature and paste it into Outlook’s signature settings: Settings → Accounts → Signatures in new Outlook and on the web, or File → Options → Mail → Signatures in classic Outlook for Windows.
Can I use a company logo instead of a photo?
Yes. The photo slot is optional and takes any image, so a company mark works as well as a headshot. Leave it empty and the signature closes up around your details.
Which email clients does it work in?
Anywhere you can paste an HTML signature or attach an image one: Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, Proton Mail, Thunderbird, and most other clients on desktop and mobile.
Can I edit it later?
Yes. Your signature is kept in the browser you made it in, or in your free account if you save it there. Change a title or phone number, copy it again, and paste the new version into your client.
Do I need a professional headshot?
No. Any clear, front-facing photo works. Upload it, then zoom and drag to frame it. If you’d rather not show a photo, leave the slot empty or use your company logo.
